Basque Government has launched an innovative program of PROFESSIONAL DIGITAL COMPETENCIES 2022 for companies with the Ikanos methodology.

Ikanos initiative advances in bringing its methodology closer to companies through the launch of a new aid program called “PROFESSIONAL DIGITAL COMPETENCIES 2022”. An aid program of the Department of Economic Development, Sustainability, through Spri, which provides specialized advice to develop actions for diagnosis and improvement of digital skills in companies in the Basque Country.

Public call for the aid program aimed at the diagnosis for the development and strengthening of Professional Digital Competences of people working in companies in the Basque Country.

The Professional Digital Skills Program will help the progress of the competences of the companies’ workforces, providing the diagnosis of the starting situation of the digital competences of their professionals and an improvement plan for the work teams and for the competitiveness of the company. The program is an in-kind support, completely free of charge, which is articulated through a group of collaborating companies with specific training, selected for this purpose in a public call.

Who is the Professional Digital Competences Program aimed at:

To all companies located in Euskadi, regardless of their size and the sector in which they develop their activity, seeking to improve their competitiveness by improving the professional digital skills and competencies of their work team.

1. Self-employed, micro-enterprises, SMEs and large companies are included.
2. Companies must have an activity center located in the Basque Country, where they must develop the diagnosis and improvement project.
3. Regardless of the sector in which it develops its business activity.
